An essential part of the job is to help Rebecca and Helga maintain the fantastic office environment we have. If you see that we are running out of anything, you will report this to the Office Management team.Īround noon you will start setting up the lunch from our lunch providers and ensure the buffet table looks nice and delicious during lunch peek hours. Then you’ll walk around the office and ensure everything looks nice and clean – checking the meeting rooms looks good, you might wipe off the coffee station, help move desks, and water the plants. As part of this, you will ensure that all our office supplies inventory is updated, adequately maintained, and serviced around the office – everything from post-its and napkins to milk and snacks for our snack bar. You will be responsible for keeping our office supplied and organized. Further, you organize our canteen to make sure it looks presentable and that all the necessary supplies are stocked and available, such as napkins, salt, and pepper, are all on tables. Maybe one of your colleagues signed up to have their employee photo, a totally casual and non-professional photo. Since our awesome coffee bar is highly appreciated - it also contains excellent coffee and tea, which you ensure is properly stocked (milk in the fridge, check sugar, tea, and coffee).
